The IMDEA Nanociencia Institute is a new interdisciplinary research Centre dedicated to the exploration of basic nano-science and the development of applications of nanotechnology in connection with innovative industries. It was created on November the 23rd, 2006 by initiative of the regional Government of the Community of Madrid.
